OBJECTIVESThe principal goal of this workshop is to explore cutting-edge strategies in which multi-scale morphogenesis across cells, tissues, organs to organisms is controlled by engineering approaches. This workshop offers an opportunity to bring together world scientists from wide-ranging fields, including cell and developmental biology, biomaterial engineering, and theoretical biology. We hope to generate a positive environment for discussing the latest works and cultivating possible future collaborations.

MEETINGThis workshop is aimed at stimulating active interactions among scientists in the bioengineering and mechanobiology community. There will be a core ‘onsite’ workshop with live talks and active discussion (anticipated number of onsite participants will be up to 60). All talks will be live-streamed on the Zoom workshop platform. Ample time will be provided to promote interactions with all speakers and participants. With due consideration of local COVID restrictions, we will inform all participants for whether or not it will be held onsite by 7th May, 2022.
